Every session starts with you.
Usually, you have something that brought you to me. It might be a physical symptom, an emotion, a relationship, a recurring pattern, a belief about yourself, something from your past, or simply a feeling that something isn’t quite right.
You don’t need to know why it’s happening. You don’t need to figure out where it started. And you don’t need to tell me your whole story.
This isn’t therapy, and we don’t need to spend the session talking through every detail of what happened or how you feel about it. A general outline of what you would like to work on is usually enough to give us a place to begin.
Sometimes you may want to share more, and that’s perfectly okay. But you never need to feel like you have to explain or relive an experience in detail for us to work with it.
You also don’t need to know whether we should use the Emotion Code, Body Code or Belief Code.
That’s my job—to ask the questions and help us discover where to begin.
Sometimes you may come with one very specific issue. Other times all you may be able to tell me is, “I don’t know what’s wrong. I just don’t feel like myself.”
We can begin there.
You can choose the type of session that works best for you: In Person, by Phone, or Email Proxy.
In person, we’ll sit together and work through the session face-to-face.
By phone, you participate in the session in real time while I perform the muscle testing on your behalf.
With Email Proxy, you don’t need to be present. You give me permission to work by proxy, I complete the session during your scheduled appointment time, and I email you a summary afterward.
The process I use is the same. What changes is simply how we work together.
You don’t need to decide which of my tools you need before booking. The Emotion Code®, Body Code™ and Belief Code® are my tools. Muscle testing helps guide us toward which tool and which questions may be useful during your session.
Before I begin my work, I pray.
I ask for guidance. I ask that I understand the answers correctly, and I ask that the work be for your good.
Then, with your permission, I connect with your subconscious so that I can muscle test on your behalf.
When I muscle test during your session, I am not asking questions of my own subconscious about you. I am using myself as a proxy so that I can ask questions and receive yes-or-no responses on your behalf.
I always check that I have permission to connect before we begin, and when the session is finished, I disconnect.
Once we’re connected, I begin asking questions.
Muscle testing is the tool I use to communicate with your subconscious through simple yes-or-no questions.
We might begin with a question such as, “Is there an imbalance we can address in connection with this issue?”
From there, each answer helps determine the next question.
I don’t begin a session assuming I already know what’s wrong or what we’re going to find. I ask, listen, and follow the answers one question at a time.
Sometimes we get where we’re going very quickly. Other times it takes quite a few questions to narrow things down.
That’s okay. We aren’t in a race.
I use this as a self-healing tool, not as a way to diagnose medical or mental-health conditions or determine medical facts.
Once we’re connected and asking questions, we begin narrowing things down.
I use the Emotion Code®, Body Code™ and Belief Code® as tools to help guide those questions. Depending on where the answers lead us, we may identify a trapped emotion, an imbalance within the Body Code, a belief, or something else that needs a little more investigating.
The important thing is that we get specific.
We aren’t trying to release every fear you’ve ever felt, correct every imbalance in your body, or uncover every belief you’ve formed throughout your life.
We’re looking for the one thing your subconscious is ready to address right now.
Once we’ve identified it, I ask whether there is anything important we need to know about it. Sometimes there is. We may need to ask when it happened, what it is connected to, or another question that helps us understand what we’ve found. Other times, there is nothing more we need to know.
I don’t believe we have to uncover every detail or understand exactly why something happened in order to work with it.
Then I ask one more important question:
Is it ready to be released or corrected?
If the answer is yes, we’re ready for the next step.
Once we’ve identified something specific and determined that it is ready, this is where intention comes in.
We intentionally ask for that trapped emotion or belief to be released, or for the imbalance we’ve identified to be corrected.
Then I muscle test again.
You may hear me ask something like, “Has that been released?” or “Has that been corrected?” But I want to be clear about what I mean when I use those words.
I don’t believe something magically or instantly disappears because muscle testing says it has been released or corrected.
What I’m really checking is whether your subconscious has accepted what we’ve identified and the intention we’ve set—in other words, whether we’ve successfully put that item on your body’s to-do list.
That’s why getting specific matters.
I can’t simply ask your subconscious to “release all my fear” or “correct everything that’s wrong.” Over a lifetime of simply living, you may have experienced fear many different times, connected to many different experiences.
We identify one specific thing at a time, set the intention for your body to address it, and then check that the intention has been accepted.
Then we ask: What’s next?
If there is something else ready to be addressed, we continue. If not, we don’t force it.
One emotion. One imbalance. One belief. One step at a time.
The session doesn’t complete the to-do list. It creates it.
During our session, we’ve identified specific things your subconscious appears ready to address and intentionally asked your body to work on them.
Now I believe your body takes over.
This isn’t magic, and I don’t expect everything we’ve identified to change instantly. When I say something has been “released” or “corrected,” I mean that we’ve set the intention and, through muscle testing, I’ve received an indication that your subconscious has accepted it for processing.
That’s what I mean by processing: your body working on the to-do list we’ve just created.
Everyone experiences processing differently. You may not notice anything unusual at all. Or you may feel tired, emotional, achy, or simply a little different for a while. Sometimes an emotion we’ve worked with may even seem to surface again.
I don’t assume that everything you experience afterward was caused by the session. I simply encourage you to pay attention to yourself and give your body a little grace.
Be nice to yourself. Rest if you’re tired. Drink some water. If you’re feeling unusually emotional, give yourself some time before making any major decisions.
And don’t spend the next few days watching yourself for symptoms or worrying that something is supposed to happen. Sometimes people notice processing and sometimes they don’t.
I begin my work with the intention that your processing will be as gentle as possible.
If you experience a new, severe, persistent or concerning physical or emotional symptom, don’t assume it’s processing. Seek the appropriate medical or mental-health care.
We’ve made the to-do list. Now give your body some time to work.
There is no required number of sessions and no schedule you have to follow.
You may come to me with one specific thing you’d like to work on. After we’ve worked with it, you may feel like you’re finished for now. Or you may discover another area you’d like to explore.
Occasionally, at the end of a session, muscle testing may indicate that there is more connected to an issue that could be explored later. If that happens, I’ll tell you what I’m finding—but that doesn’t mean you have to schedule another appointment.
Some people may want another session fairly soon. Others may come back weeks or months later. And some may decide they’ve gotten what they wanted from the experience and don’t need another session at all.
You decide if and when you want to come back.
This is your journey. My job isn’t to keep you coming to me.
My job is to help you discover what comes next.
Most people who come to me don’t know the answers.
They know something is bothering them. They may recognize a symptom, an emotion, a pattern, or an area of their life that just doesn’t feel right—but they don’t necessarily know what’s behind it.
And that’s okay.
You don’t need to know where it started.
You don’t need to know which emotion, imbalance or belief may be connected to it.
You don’t need to know whether we should use the Emotion Code, Body Code or Belief Code.
That’s why we ask questions.
You bring what you know. I’ll bring my tools. Together, we’ll start asking questions and see where they lead us.
You don’t have to figure out the whole journey.
We just need to discover what comes next.
You do not need to know exactly what is happening before reaching out.
You do not need to understand every emotion.
You do not need to know which technique is right for you.
And you certainly do not need to have your entire healing journey figured out.
Sometimes, the first step is simply recognizing that you are ready to explore.
Whether you are looking for greater self-awareness, exploring emotions and beliefs, or simply curious about energy work, you can begin with where you are today.
